Stopped in on Saturday morning. Staff was friendly enough. Waited until half my breakfast was done before getting the black cup of coffee I ordered with my food order. I had the pancake wrap. One large pancake wrapped around a one egg omelette with choice of meat and cheese filling. Then it’s sliced and served to look like a sandwich wrap. Everything was tasteless. No flavor to the pancake, syrup on the side was watery. Eggs and sausage had zero spice. Two customers at the table next to us were ignored for at least 20 minutes after being seated. I would have walked out. Maybe this is the pace in this part of PA but I need my coffee ASAP before I get my food.
Adequate. There are better places in Stroudsburg for the same price and efficient service.
I really can’t say enough about the incredible service at Cure Cafe. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and their smiles never left their faces. Ellena deserves a special mention as she even personally guided my mom to the restroom (thanks Ellena)! The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was great. My western omelette came with big hunks of potato on the side and some toast. I was tempted by the rye but went with the whole wheat so I could smear some jam on it. Jam was served from glassware in a little condiment carrier, not in single serving packets, which I liked. The place was pretty crowded (a good sign), but we were seated immediately and in a spot where my mom could stow her walker out of the way. Great experience and we will be back!
The vegetarian options were amazing and all house made. The portions were huge and even came with a fruit cup. Highly recommend the chai iced coffee and Ellena gave warm and fantastic service.
