Schous Brasserie - Struer

Can’t give it 5 stars because the first time we went the service and the food were, at best, average, but the second time, with the intervention of the chef, they were excellent, so make sure you get the chef’s attention!

Ate here one night during a 3 night stay in the Hotel on business. It was therefore a convenient choice rather than a special destination. Food and service were fine and their beer selection from a local brewery made a nice change. No negatives that come to mind other than the view from the restaurant is only into the adjacent street and buildings opposite and there are of course other locations nearby on the harbourside.

If you one day come by a little city, called Struer in Jutland, Danmark, don't miss this restaurant. They offer good food and also gourmet food on saturday and affordable. The service is excelent. We have been there for numbers of times now, with our children or just the two of us and will absolutely be back again.

Eated at Schous on Saturdays, where we got the most delicious 2-course menu! Today we have a wedding day and sick children, therefore we used us by the offer of take-away, where we got a burger with crispy pomfrieter Both have tasted amazing! Huge recommendation from here

We ate there on our wedding day and it was øv. We ordered two Schous burgers, but we got two common,which tasted most of Mayo and Pommese had just plenty. When we kindly pointed it to the very sweet servant, she also said sadly sorry and she had heard wrong and the experienced servant told it was the sweet young servant's 1 night in the restaurant. We said it was okay and it was what could happen and thought it. Was perhaps a little disappointed that they as the patch of the wound did not offer us a cup of coffee or a beer, but took full price. I'm afraid we won't come there again, unless we forget our disappointment.
