The food is great, but the organization is a disaster. You have to take some time. Under an hour you don't come to his food on Sundays.

No one vegetarian, let alone, vegan dish on the map. I find very weak in 2022! There is probably not only the ambience in the 70s.

We had on Sunday 30th. July 2023 have a table for 5 people for 12:30. When we arrived at 12:25 no table was free and we had to stand around 20 minutes in the guest room. 30 min later at the order it turned out that 50 of all dishes of the Sunday card could no longer be ordered because out. Even the dishes then ordered, such as duck breast, could not be served because the kitchen suddenly realized that this food could no longer be prepared. We then stood up at 13:15 without lunch, drove back 20 km and then at lunch in another inn where we could order something else. We will certainly never go to Wernsdorf in Gasthof Sauer, this third-class business thing you don't have to give yourself.
