For starters, the ice cream fell on the ground and they put it back in the container. Another thing is, I have been here for 1 hour and I have not gotten my ice cream. Never coming back again.

The owner was outside smoking a cigarette and came inside without washing his hands to make the order. No thank you.

Ice cream was good. But when I pay over $11 I expect it to show up with the waffle cone that they required me to order. Also I would like to talk about how a small container of ice cream is $11

This place has gotten nasty. We won't be returning til they do some deep cleaning. Disappointing as we really like their concept.

FILTHY. Walked in and the smell was overwhelming, thought twice about ordering from there and thought well maybe it 's a leaky cooler or something . Went to the bathroom before ordering and walked right back out! Absolutely disgusting, I 've seen gas station restrooms cleaner than that. Floors were gross, top of toppings bar filthy, cash register and counter disgusting. Cannot believe they let it get like that which begs me to ask what else are they not cleaning? Will never go to this location again until either new owners or has a deep cleaning from top to bottom!
