Fujiyama Japanese Steak House And Sushi Lounge

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night with my son and daughter-in-law, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding, and the chef was incredible, putting on an impressive performance. The food was exceptional as well! I ordered the steak and shrimp combo, while my son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the steak and salmon, which they absolutely loved. I also tried an appetizer called seafood dynamite, and it was delicious! Having been to several hibachi and Japanese steakhouses, I can honestly say this one is the best I've experienced so far. I will definitely be returning soon!

The atmosphere is consistently uplifting, the food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable! Vincent is our favorite server! I really enjoy the show that the hibachi grill chefs put on and their engaging interactions with us—it’s better than any other sushi restaurant I’ve visited, even Benihana! However, I was extremely disappointed during my birthday visit on March 29th. There was no interaction or acknowledgment of my birthday, even though it was discussed when I made the reservation. Thank you, Fujiyama, for everything you offer!

We visited Fujiyama Stuart Japanese Steak House on Friday, March 3, 2017, and it was an incredible dining experience! The food was delicious, the chef was fantastic, and the hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Dining at the grill was definitely the highlight of our visit!

Awesome food with real entertaining chefs! I have been to quite a few hibachi grills and this one is by far the best. Very delicious food without covering it up with the sauce. One of my favorite places to go!

We had Paul as our chef and he was a lot of fun. He made the birthday we celebrated extra special. The service and food were exceptional.
