Delicious! This restaurant was fantastic. It's a small place that offers both dine-in and takeout options. The sign on the door indicates that they open at 11 AM and close when they run out of meat. When we arrived around 1:30 PM, they had already sold out of the beef brisket, so it's definitely best to go early. Our server was a lovely young lady who was very quick and attentive. The chef even came over to check on how we were enjoying our meal. I will definitely be returning soon, probably on Wednesday for their pastrami. They accept credit and debit cards, too.

We finally got a chance to try it today. And it was worth the wait! The meats are perfectly smoked (we had brisket, pork and chicken) and absolutely delectable. We have had our fair share of smoked meats over the years and Stuart Fish Pig is some of the best. I have tried a few other BBQ places in Stuart, in my quest to find a go-to BBQ place. Everyone else serves their meats covered in sauces, but at Stuart Fish Pig, the meat stands on its own. And it stands head and shoulder above everything else in town. The staff are super friendly! Cant wait to go back.

My husband and I have tried nearly every BBQ restaurant in the area, and while some are really quite good, others are just average. However, nothing compares to Stuart's Fish Pig. This place is exceptional. Their pork and brisket are absolutely top-notch. You can tell they truly invest love into their craft, as there are no shortcuts taken here. The small dining area is welcoming (thanks to Kate), or you can opt for takeout—it’s all great. Plus, the sauces and sides are just as fantastic.
