Compass Rose - Sturgeon Bay

We stayed at the Smiths Shoreline Cottage right next to this restaurant and frequented it on weekends. Every meal we had was fantastic! It truly is a hidden gem in Door County. The Prime Rib Dinner was delightful, the service was exceptional, and the live music along with the beautiful views made our dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend! Also, be sure to try one of their many specialty burgers!

This restaurant is exceptional! The Prime Rib Sandwich and fries were cooked to perfection. I even had the opportunity to chat with the owner, who was polite and friendly; it’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers! A huge shoutout to the chef for demonstrating that the food is truly made with love! The decor is clean and inviting. The only disappointment is that I didn't find this restaurant sooner! I will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful experience here! We stopped by the fish stall and the food was incredible!!! The service was excellent, and the view was stunning. Next time, we’ll definitely sit on the terrace. This is a must-visit on the way to Door County!

ALL of the food was amazing! Awesome cuts of prime rib, that was cooked perfectly! Dessert also wonderful. Staff was very friendly and great. Would not hesitate to return. Very satisfied all around!
