Horrible food worse help rather play on cell phones than their jobs I’ll walk to Centraila out of fuel before I’ll stop here again

Terrible service, rude employees, I asked for a slice of pizza and the heavier set red headed lady with glasses didn’t wash her hands before handing it to me so I asked for her to either wash her hands or put gloves on and get me a new piece. She then proceeded to throw the old one away then throw the new one in my direction. You can’t have employees acting like children and throwing fits. This was completely out of line. She needs to go, I have had other people say the same thing if not Casey’s will end up loosing a lot of business.

Extremely bad service and disrespectful people. Very disrespectful arrogant attitude towards customers just because we asked about their mask rules. I even complied and wore a mask and they had four people standing there with no social distancing, yet they get rude with a customer just for asking

I stopped by this restaurant while my mom was filling up her car. The employees were busy playing on their phones, and the place was a mess with trash and dust everywhere. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, and the counter shelves were covered in black dust grime. The pizza in the warmers appeared undercooked and lacked proper browning. When I was there, the phone for pizza orders rang, and the girl cooking was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie instead of the Casey's uniform. The drink selection was lacking, with mostly alcohol and energy drinks in the coolers. As someone who works in customer service, I believe this store is in need of serious improvements and should be shut down by the health department.
