First I find it very sad Pizza Ranch did not respond to my feedback per the web address on my receipt. I ordered at 03:55 on November 11th. I asked Monique what my better deal would be, two eight piece combo or the 12 piece chicken adding chicken and sides. She said the combo, I ordered two of them which included a side and I added a side. She said it would be 10 to 15 minutes because of chicken, and she would bring it out. At 04:45 I went and asked where my order was, assuming it had to be done because new chicken was constantly coming from the kitchen. The two kids who were working had no clue. Because my husband is a Veteran, who could eat free on Veterans day, I was fed up and grabbed a to go box, he could have eaten and be done by the time we got our food. At 04:49 our food comes out as well as a clerk who asked if I paid for the to go box. I advised he was a veteran and he eats free. I guess not from to go boxes because I again was charge Take Two for $10.00, later I thought I should have gotten another to go box, because I paid for it. We get to the pickup and I check the order, wrong, not the combos I ordered. I went back in to tell them we didn 't get the correct order. Finally Monique shows up and sternly said you ordered a 16 piece chicken. I decided my time arguing with her was useless and time consuming, people were waiting on us. Five miles later dinner is served, with cold chicken. Customer service and quality control at it 's worse at a cost of $77.00.
