Hôtel Des Deux Clefs - St-Ursanne

Wir waren zu zweit am 27. Juli 2023 auf e Mountainbike Tour und wollten zu Mittag essen und gleichzeitig die leeren Akkus laden. Nur eine von zwei verfügbaren Aussensteckdosen war frei. Auf die Frage, ob der zweite Akku im Lokal drin geladen werden könne die Gaststube war leer! , hiess es, wir könnten ja nacheinander laden eine 1/3 Ladung dauert ca. 90 Min. und hat einen Wert von ca. CHF 0.10 ! Die die Serviceperson verwies uns zuerst zu einem naheliegenden anderen Restaurant, wo nach ihrer Aussage eine Ladung CHF 10. ! kosten würde also das 100 fache des Stromwertes . Auf unser mehrmaliges Insistieren und den Hinweis, dass wir ja beide Essen wollten, war es nach gehässiger Diskussion dann doch noch möglich, eine freie Steckdose im Lokalinneren zu nutzen. Kundenfreundlichkeit tönt anders. ZUDEM Wären Genügende Ladeplätze für e bikes eine super verkaufsargument für das restaurant, denn während unseres argue argen mehrere enteräuschte e velofahrer weiter, obwohl freie sitzplätze aber leider Keine Steckplätze Vorhanden Waren ...
