Chives - Suamico

Amazing meal! We got in town and called to make a reservation and they said the first available was at 8:30. We thanked them and said that we would come again. Started looking for another place for dinner and about 15 minutes later Chives called back and said that they had a cancellation and could take us at 7:15. I call that above and beyond customer service. The meal did not disappoint. We were told by locals that this was the place to go and wow, were they right. One

My fiancé took me out for a birthday dinner last night, and everything about the meal was fantastic! The quality of the food was top-notch, the vegetables were super fresh, and the sauces were incredible. And those chocolate chip cookies? Absolutely divine! I want to thank my honey and the staff at Chives for making it such a memorable day!

I visited this restaurant about a month ago. The service was good, and our server was friendly. Overall, it’s a nice, clean spot that feels a bit upscale—a great choice for a date night. My only complaint, which I tend to have with many upscale restaurants, is that the food quality didn’t quite meet my expectations given the higher prices. The dishes were cooked well and had decent flavor, but I was hoping for something more exceptional. However, I do have to say that I left with a positive impression overall!

We learned about this restaurant from friends who referred to it as a "sister restaurant" to RYE, our favorite place in Appleton! Naturally, we had to give it a try—and we will definitely be returning! Similar to RYE, they have mastered the art of approachable fine dining. The dining room is comfortable, the service is excellent (our server, Michael, was fantastic, and the entire staff was very attentive and courteous), and the food is both creative and delicious! We indulged in a few specials for the evening, along with the French Onion Soup, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

For the price per plate and the quality of the steaks I don?t think I would go here again it reservations were at 630 took about an hour to get our steaks to the table tsk tsk tsk
