Good food, bad service. We had a problem with a plate and the waiter told us when the rest of the dishes arrived! Is a no of me if the kitchen has no proper communication with the servers.
I took my business team for an informal lunch (5 people) and we had to wait for everything, from getting attention after seating, to get the menus, then to get water, and then to get the our food. One of our teammembers got her food...when we most have almos finished and it was a vegetarian dish.... come on. They are under staffed, there is no customer focus ethic and the food is quite mediocre. Just do not go parking is nightmare to get your car I was told? we walked.
This is one of the better places to have seafood in Bogota. There are a few levels. Level 2 is the seafood market, we ate at the typical seafood restaurant but there is also an oriental restaurant. The Chinese beer is not bad. PS There...is an elevator.
This place offers a wide range of seafood, but the quality is like defrosted supermarket fish. Nevertheless, it offers a cantina atmosphere through many tables and bad lightning without comfort that overall makes it a bad place to enjoy food.... The coconut drink is fantastic.
