Great place to catch up with friends or a nice meal with family. Excellent televisions selection if the sports are on. Highly recommended.

Met with a friend on a Friday night so I thought it would be really busy. Turned out not to be busy but a really great evening with amazing food and fantastic atmosphere.

Last week was my wife's birthday and we went to the Gate Bar

Lunch was quite expensive and not the quality I was expecting.Ordered chefs tasting plate- was not very nice at all.Salt

This is one of my local pubs, been here dozens of times watching sports in the afternoon or out with friends at night. I've eaten here over a dozen or so times before too but will probably not eat here again after my last meal in the restaurant here. A couple of weeks ago my flight into perth landed about 6pm, dropped my bag off and headed here for a scotch fillet, wet cold night and hardly anyone there when I sat down, ordered the steak($40) and chips and a glass of red, food came out, steak was good, chip were cold and from about 3 meals previously. They didn't deliver what they were charging for and if you happen to end up eating here, keep them honest and make sure you get what you pay for.Staff are good! ( well out the from anyway :) )
