Restaurant Mozaik - Suceava

Very nice athmosphere in the restaurant, nicely decorated. Also the food was very taste and service very high level (even very good English).

We've ordered a special Christmas menu-to go- and they forgot to pack the sides, but my mum handled the situation very well. Since we were regulars, we decided to tell them next time we'll have lunch there. Today, we arrived there and told the waitress about the situation-very politely. We've also ordered the food, and my dad-since he is a vegan- asked for broccoli instead of meat for his salad. When asked for the check, at the end, not only they did not deduct those sides nor offered anything complementary, but did include the extra broccoli in the check. It looks like the people there are money-oriented instead customer-oriented. Zero tips and never come back.

Great food. Excellent service. Menu is extensive with both local specialties and innovative European cuisine. Desserts are especially wonderful. Ambiance is beautiful and welcoming.

Stayed at Sonnenhof Hotel in Suceava, Romania for 10 nights. Restaurant Mosaic is in the hotel. I had breakfast everyday some lunch and dinner during my stay, I enjoyed the food each time, no matter my choice from the menu.

We stopped for some cappuccinos and coffee . They were friendly, super service and again a place that I would visit again in the future.
