Domino's Pizza - Sudbury

I ordered a lunch special yesterday, which included a chicken special pizza, wedges, and a Diet Coke. The delivery was timely, but the food wasn't very warm. I'm not sure when the best time to order from Domino's in Sudbury is, as the last time we ordered on a Friday, we attributed the coldness to it being a busy time. I'm feeling a bit disappointed on both occasions.

Very disappointed. made an order at the counter and asked about the buy one get one free to then be told the order had gone through and that nothing could be done. didnt get chance to order drinks either

Absolutely appalling... we ordered online waited over an hour for delivery, called twice to chase to be told the driver had gone to the wrong address. So no pizza very upset hungry children.

I am extremely disappointed with the Domino's in Sudbury. It was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my son, but it was ruined by not only receiving the wrong pizzas, but also finding staff hair in the food. Food establishments are required to wear hairnets while preparing food, and it's clear that this is not a practice you follow. I will be reporting this to the authorities. What a letdown!

Rang up asking for an order to be delivered tonight, this is the 3rd time in a row that they have not been delivering to Glemsford due to staffing issues, but then my husband turns up to collect and there is about 5 staff standing around not doing a lot!!! Not only were they not delivering they also didn’t have the beef for the NEW cheeseburger pizza!!! My son had requested this for his birthday tea. Complete rubbish service, I got a half hearted apology and told “it’s been one hell of a weekend” Had enough of this place now!!!
