This place is truly a hidden gem! The food is amazing, and there’s a great selection of Caribbean drinks available. I highly recommend trying the Jamaican patties, festival, and plantains, all paired with a refreshing ginger beer for the perfect combination!

Every time I visit, it's simply amazing. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely go for the Festival and the macaroni pie! The people are wonderful, the food is incredible, and the overall culinary experience is always fantastic. It's one of my favorite places to eat in Sudbury.

I took my daughter to Flames for a girls' day, and she loved it! She said it was the best meal she's had since her trip to Jamaica. I ordered oxtail and chicken, while she had a roti, and both dishes were outstanding. We also shared an order of Festival, which was delicious. The customer service was excellent too. I really enjoy coming here now!

I recently returned to Flames Caribbean Restaurant for my second visit, and I ordered the small oxtail dinner with rice and coleslaw, just like my last visit. It was absolutely delightful! During my first trip, I also tried a roti shell on the side, which was fantastic. The coleslaw really complemented the meal—it was crisp, fresh, and lightly dressed. The portion size for the small dinner was quite generous, providing more than enough food for one person, and I had plenty of leftovers for lunch both times, which tasted even better the next day. All of this for just $20 is an excellent value! Next time, I intend to sample their plantain and beef patty. I highly recommend Flames Caribbean Restaurant. Thank you!
