Had a great night listening to a great band (The Tragically Untalented) In a great venue! The beer cold and the sandwiches people at my table had were awesome! I hope they book this band there again and keep up the great work!

This is part one of my reviewI haven't been in to the shop yet, but will be going later on today.

So many things I love about this place. Atmosphere, artsy vibe, great cheese, coffee, wine and beer. Food is pretty good too. Great live entertainment and a great place for meetings and press launches. BUT.... They simply need to either hire more people or find more efficient ways of doing things. Cold cheese plates at a cheese shop should not take 40mins. Same with cold sandwiches. It's bush league stuff. Doesn't matter if the place is packed or empty, food orders take forever. Please. I love this place and I love this town. Hire more people or do more prep on the food orders ahead of time. We need this place to keep being great but I honestly avoid patronizing the joint if I have any sort of time constraints whatsoever. Which is a pity. I love showing off my city to people but I don't always have 2 hours to spare for sandwich and soup.
