Feedback gevenThe restaurant is consistently dirty. I have never encountered a clean table here. I once called to express my concerns, and the response I received was that they were busy and couldn't clean. This isn't an issue of being busy; it's a matter of prioritizing cleanliness, which they clearly do not. It's always dirty, even when there aren't many customers. They really need to hire a dedicated cleaner instead of making excuses.
So this was a mixed situation when we ordered the person that took our order was the best friendliest person you could ask for, the problem comes in after.We roll up to the window and we get attitude from someone different, they tell us to roll up to the next window to wait for our order. They then tell us to go through the drive through again so that we can get our order. We questioned it and they gave more attitude and said we need to do it or we aren't getting our food.Not impressed
Drive thru is painfully slow. I was the only car in there and it took 2 3 min before someone talked to me. Sadly this has become the norm over the past 6 months or so.
The app has glitches and incorrectly indicates that certain items are unavailable when they are actually in stock. The staff is disorganized and doesn't process orders efficiently. Overall, this place is a mess.
I’m really confused about how a store can be out of bagels for more than two months. On several occasions, when I tried to order breakfast between 9:45 and 10:00, I was told they had no eggs because they had stopped making them due to it being past breakfast time and not wanting to waste food. I wasn’t the only one wanting breakfast, so I’m sure they turned away a few customers. It's no surprise that Tim Hortons across the street is always busy. It seems like this store is poorly managed.
