New York strip loin was ordered rare but it came in very well done ! it was actually hard

This place was booked to capacity which accounted for the slower service than usual so it wasn't her fault. I went with a group of people, everyone ordered something different and the food was awesome. Not one complaint. I will definitely go again.

This place used to be much better. Service was poorer than usual and the food was only so so, salad had WAY TOO MUCH dressing. I will go again, hope it is better next time.

The food at this restaurant was either burnt or greasy. The only decent option was the appetizers. Unfortunately, the club house chicken and fries we ordered were burnt. The kids meal was supposed to be $5 on weekends but we were charged full price. The service was terrible and our child didn't even get her ice cream. We asked for a takeout container for the noodles in the kids meal but never received it. My grandson's steak poutine was so burnt he couldn't eat it. His girlfriend's chicken fajitas had charred black onions and vegetables. I didn't think to take pictures, but we definitely won't be coming back. McDonald's would have been a better choice.

Our driver mistakenly headed to the wrong town before turning around after I messaged him. The fries were soggy, the burger was overcooked and soggy, and the egg on top was rubbery.
