Feedback gevenHonestly a lovely location, with very excellent service. The open concept leaves the location a bit noisy but it is very esthetically pleasing. There is plenty of comfortable seating and plenty of places to plug in any electronic devices. Definitely a welcoming place.
May 20: debit/credit machine was down. Staff Would not let me order at drive in window after waiting at the window for another customer and told me I would have to come inside to order even after informing I had cash. May 22: 20 min wait for an in store order. And staff argued about whether banana loaf was paid for and asked for a receipt. Also got the breakfast sandwich order wrong. Customer service is on a sharp decline at this location.
I?ve worked in customer service for years and I recently went back to school for psw I was on my way to placement for 3oclock and was at the Starbucks on barrydowne at 2:05 ordered one iced caramel coffee it was 2:20 and I asked a girl with blond hair shoulder length (young) if it?s faster to go through drive through for next time because I don?t want to be late for work. She was so rude to me and it was really uncalled for . I get the pressure of work but I was nice and honestly it set my mood for a couple hours because I work in a compassionate place. I love the coffee there but I don?t ever want to be served by her again. This happened on June 9th at 2:20pm blonde girl with shoulder length hair.
I must say this is my first bad experience at any Starbucks across the world, and I am a world traveller. I got a Grande vanilla latte, and according to the barista ?there is no such thing as a vanilla latte!? So I paid extra to add sugar free vanilla and paid extra for the lactose free milk, it came to 7.30?I was blown away! I have never paid more then 5.50 for a grande anything. I said F& that is so expensive, the barista immediately said ?I?m getting my supervisor!? I didn?t say it to her, it was a statement as I was shocked over the price. The manager came over and was very friendly and explained that the prices went up, on and on. I will never go to Starbucks again after this horrible customer service on the behalf of this barrister and the price hike. So if you have any type of food allergies or just want to watch your weight, don?t go to Starbucks or just be prepared to pay with a loan.
Service was great. But there was a major shortage on ingredients and wasnt able to get any of my favourite drinks due to lack of ingredients.
