Feedback gevenThis is my local DD, where for years I 've ordered cappucino with half-and-half. Earlier today, in the drive-through lane, I was told that they NEVER make cappucino with half-and-half. Since I am not the one to argue, I nicely explained that I am allergicto milk/soy milk , and do not like the taste of almond milk . As a favor , they agreed to make a cappucino withhalf-and-half. I received a luke-warm cappucino, and 40 minutes after drinking it, I had a reaction (no gory detals, but foranyone with food allergies, you can imagine! . Poisoning customers is not a good way to do business!!! Tomorrow I will raise acomplaint with the BBB, and next time I am at this DD, I will speak with the manager. Outrageous!
I just went to to this Dunkin? and I?ve gone here before, but today at 3:30. I went through the drive through, and they forgot to give me an item. Made both mine and my girlfriend drink poorly, hers watered down mine burnt. By the time we had tasted thefood we were already pretty far from the drive through and we couldn?t drive back. We tried to called multiple time, but no oneanswered. I?ve been coming to this place for years and it?s a real shame
I just went to dunkin right now and I made it about a minute before closing time which can be annoying for workers but the service I got from Lance was PHENOMENAL!!! He rocks!! And he makes me want to go back to dunkin. He was so sweet and upbeat eventhough we pulled up at last minute. Amazing service GO LANCE!!
The worker who made my wrap must of had a bad morning?????
I am completely horrified about my experience at this dunkin donuts. It was my dogs birthday and I came in for a pup cup all the customers were in love with my dog. I sat down while my friend asked for a pup cup and a worker or manager screamed across thewhole store ?Maam, you can?t have your dog in here? I wasn?t planning on staying and this person could have come to me and saidit nicely. Don?t come here if you value customer service. It takes $0 to be nice.
