Bojangles - Suffolk

Today was a great exprience at bojangles. I just got chicken and rice bowl. Everything was perfect. Not too wet, or not too dry. Very flavorful. The staff was efficient and friendly. I went right thru the drive thru in no time at all. The biscuit was golden and warm and so soft it just melts in your mouth.

My experience with working at Bojangle's is good. I am still currently working there, and I love every single one of my co-workers.

In several places they have closed the domain and tried to serve, were denied the first responders. I don't mean to hurt, but a firefighter can't fit in her drive. when we tried to go upstairs, we were denied the ability to order as we were not in the line. the service before was never polite and now after today I will not return to this place

We do not have any problems with this place. the personal is in the really super friendly. tonight, Sunday, May 1 at 20:30. we ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with bo-rounds and a sweet tee. and a big koks threw through the drive. when the order first said they were out of Bo rounds. but then they said they would have. Go to the window, paid and asked me to check the bag to make sure the Bo friends were in there. they were not in the bag, but pommes. So I asked the worker she said that id must take up and wait 5 minutes. what we did. then home daughter was opened sand-what it saw. I hope the owner and the manager will come back to this concern. as prices rise, I feel like quality falls. I understand definitiw personal deficiency. but this is unacceptable.

Extremely poor service they take their money and deliver for quality the frits are cold and hollow on the inside of the sweet tees is so sweet that it is thick and syrupy. the location is ideal with very minimal parking the passing waiting period is extremely long to be a chicken joint I hardly recommend this place
