Feedback gevenVery ghetto staff honestly ? The food was good but the service was the WORST. I’m waiting for my food while the guy on register gave the people who ordered after me their food! And when I asked if I could get my food started soon I was looked at by the girls like I had four heads. The one girl was on the phone with her boyfriend and had him on speaker. The other is talking with the manager about how they fired someone there. Another woman was filing her nails. Like I’m sorry but come on ? can’t make this up. Absolutely insane.
Bojangles restaurants are consistent across Hampton Roads in taste, price, and customer service. The did was hot and fresh just like I like it! The price was reasonable. Bojangles is the place to be! No waiting, and they seem to be pretty organized. Employees were friendly and courteous.Don't waste your time at those other chicken restaurants; they are so over-rated! YOU WANT BOJANGLES CHICKEN. IT IS MILDLY SPICY, HOT,FRESH, CRUNCHY, AND FULL OF GOODNESS!
I drove through the drive-through and I was waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I had to ask was anyone there because no one said hold for a minute at all. Then I had to place two orders one number nine and number 10. Do you know how to repeat myself for a second time because the lady did not hear me. Once I got up to the drive through window. I made sure I said my order again. So there was no issues with my food order before I drove away. Once I got home with my family, I had check the bags to make sure everything looked OK. The green beans were old and cold and smelled funny like they have expired. The spicy chicken sandwich bun was burnt. My wife called them twice yesterday and no one answered the phone. To let them now that their food was not good quality. We would like a refund back. For the poor quality food. The next step is to call the home office for Bojangles.
This is the second time that I've stopped in on a Bojangles two different states and the same thing has happened. Their short staff. They only have one order taker and it's dinner time. The queue is inside is building up and no one is talking to the customers inside telling them what's going on. It was a good 15 minutes before any staff said anything and that was after the prompting of another customer.
This was the third time they told me they were out of chicken! Once, they even suggested I go across the street to Food Lion. It just keeps getting funnier. Today, when I inquired, I was told I could wait, but it would take a while. Since I wasn’t in a hurry, I decided to wait it out. I sat in my car for 27 minutes. When I finally went inside, everyone looked bewildered, and one person even said, “Well, I wasn’t the one who was helping you.” I asked for someone from the drive-thru, and eventually, someone came out and said, “We have chicken, but now we don’t have any rice.” I told the young man to just give me whatever he had because I was tired of waiting. This location really needs to hire some adults; there are too many high schoolers without any supervision.
