Feedback gevenI was looking forward to having some chipotle again after a long time, but I was disappointed. They were out of queso, hot salsa, and the burrito was wrapped poorly. We were not asked if we wanted drinks, so we decided not to bother. Despite asking for a side of salsa, we didn't receive it. We also wanted chips and queso, but they were out of queso again. It seemed like nobody cared too much about our experience. A little bit of customer service would have made a big difference. I usually never write reviews, but this experience was worth mentioning.
It would be nice if you knew what is on the menu. The black beans, all of a sudden became spicey black beans.The guacamole is very salty.I feel that they don't taste their food.At least, please list the black beans as spicy black beans
I ordered a side of queso blanco with chips and if I recall queso blanco is literally white… not whatever this is. It looks like it’s been sitting there for over a day. They messed up my bowl too but since I couldn’t get a refund in store because my order was placed on their website, I was left with food that looks like it’s been sitting there for more than a day. The employee that talked to me had an attitude the minute I spoke. I repeated myself because the way she said what happened sounded like she didn’t hear me the first time and then she snapped at me and kept cutting me off. Before I could even finish what I was saying she started talking to the other customer to take her order. Chipotle’s are hit or misses but this one isn’t worth coming to.
This location consistently disappoints. More than the chronic lack of ingredients, it's the generally bad attitude of the staff. To say the customer service is lacking would be a gross understatement. One can only assume management is aware... I mean... how could they not be? If this location cares so little about the customer, I'll drive the extra few miles to the Portsmouth Blvd location. I'd encourage anyone else that's had a bad experience to do the same. Don't support bad business, bad service, and marginally passable Chipotle food.
I came in here trying to purchase a bowl. Michelle walks up to serve me and I ask for white rice as I always do when I come in here very frequently because I can’t have cilantro. Michelle proceeds to tell me “we never have plain white rice” I replied and said I used to work here you don’t cook the rice with the cilantro in it and I always come in and get a lain white rice. She proceeds to tell me they don’t have it, I responded can you go check because I’m sure you do. Michelle walks off with an attitude shaking her head to ask the blonde head Caucasian lady if they have rice in the back she responds no so at this point both of them are flat out lying. I ask Michelle to go to the back and look politely and she goes to the back and comes back stating we do have white rice. At this point I ask for a manager because why are you giving me the runaround for over 5 minutes about giving me white rice. So Louis the manager on duty came up to me I explained everything to him and his response was “she didn’t know, I’ll talk to them” so I responded well Michelle asked another employee I literally used to work here and I knew about it and didn’t even cook anything when I was working here so how is it that nobody knows anything. So I told him at that point I don’t want anything and just walked off. Also mind you it was very messy inside like they didn’t clean the tables off or even make an attempt to
