Cook Out - Suffolk

The restaurant can be inconsistent, depending on the manager working. This Cook Out location is unpredictable. I sometimes travel to Rocky Mount or another part of Virginia just to avoid the frustration.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The woman at the window was rushing us to place our order, cutting us off while we were ordering, and ended up getting our order wrong. She was very rude and unprofessional.

Whenever I visit, this is my first choice restaurant. I can easily feed two kids with just one tray. The food is tasty and satisfying.

Food is always good. But orders get messed up sometimes and long wait times. Never leave the window without checking your food first here.
