Ihop - Suffolk

My server, Jennay, was amazing! I walked in feeling overwhelmed and asked her for something to fit my mood. She recommended a delicious lemonade and a cheesecake waffle, both of which I never would have chosen myself. I will definitely be returning to order them again. Thank you, Jennay, for providing the perfect breakfast for my hectic day!

I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food, only to receive it cold. It was obvious that they had forgotten about my order and let it sit out for too long.

The grits were awful, and the pancakes were not warm. The tea was overly sugary. The waitress was very friendly.

Waited 15 minutes and no one came to the host podium. One gentleman that was picking up told one of the workers that there were people waiting to be seated and her reply was that she was not the host. (He walked out without getting his food). Many people walked out as did we.

It was EXTREMELY busy due to the holiday and each employee provided outstanding customer service made sure you got seated as soon as possible. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, (like I said it was busy) but it was hot and worth the wait. There were a few ridiculously rude customers and the manager and staff handled them like a champ. This isn't the first time we've been here when it was busy and I remember the service being similar.
