Islandkrave Caribbean Bistro - Suffolk

Wonderful experience at Island Krave. Cozy restaurant. Friendly staff, good music, excellent vegan food and portions! Hubby got veggie lover and I got curry chick peas. Black beans and rice are on point. Plantains were amazing. Will definitely be back. Good selection of beer and cocktails too. I had Smartmouth Alter Ego and hubby got a Dark Stormy. Now if they had vegan Jamaican patties my life would be complete.

We had the Kraken Mai Tais with our stewed chicken with rice and beans: Delish! Enjoyed the super friendly waitress who when told that we were newbies, brought us out a sample of 4 chicken and pork samples. Also great classy reggae accompanied the meal: great food, good time!

Yeah just found my new spot to eat. I don 't give restaurants 5 's but this place will get the five love the ppl and atmosphere here.

The service was EXCELLENT! The food...**** was it delicious. I strongly recommend the Cocojerk sandwich. Hands down best island cuisine in the area.

Great little place. Banana pudding is to die for. Can't wait to try their brunch.
