Koi Sushi Hibachi - Suffolk

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is fresh and healthy, which is fantastic.

My wife and I had lunch there today, and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the staff were polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this place to others, and we will certainly be coming back ourselves.

I've never felt the need to leave a review, whether good or bad, for a restaurant before, but after tonight's experience, this establishment has lost us as customers for good. We placed a takeout order at 5:15 PM and were informed it would be ready in an hour. When my wife and son arrived to pick it up, they were told it would only take a few more minutes. By 7:15 PM, two hours after placing the order and after waiting an additional hour in the restaurant, we were told they hadn’t even started it yet. This is completely unacceptable, and it's shameful how little respect you show your customers. We've already experienced long waits for takeout from this restaurant in the past, but this situation is beyond reasonable.

This is the ultimate destination for sushi! I've been dining here once or twice a month for the past seven years, and the owner consistently goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. If you're planning to visit on the weekend, it's best to go early, as it can get quite busy. For delicious, high-quality sushi, this is definitely the place to be!

Customer service is phenomenal. Sushi is good and they have a wide selection of dishes to choose, as well as a children's menu. If you do not like sushi, they have to choose other dishes; including tempura and teriyaki. The fried rice is great.
