Feedback gevenUpon entering the restaurant, you immediately notice how clean it is, which is more than can be said for some other establishments. The staff are incredibly friendly, and when you receive your food, it tastes absolutely amazing!
The restaurant is pretty average and nothing extraordinary. The service is quick, similar to the experience of making a sandwich at Subway. The serving sizes are smaller compared to similar establishments. You have the option to customize your bowl with various toppings, but some items may come at an additional cost. The prices are reasonable, not overly expensive but still affordable. The food is decent in taste. The parking lot is small, but the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is ample seating inside for large groups, with tables spacious enough to accommodate larger individuals or those in need of a booster seat.

Shante and the team at Moe's were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shante, the charming art manager, created one of the best atmospheres I've seen in a Moe's restaurant. After a tough day, I decided to indulge in some food therapy at Moe's and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty everything was. Shamya checked on me and was so sweet, asking about my day and offering kind words of encouragement. When I needed a knife, Curtis initially said they didn't have one, but he went the extra mile to find one for me, even though he had mentioned earlier that they were out of stock. Curtis truly impressed me. I frequent many Moe's locations and rarely see tables being wiped down, but I observed Shamya doing just that. The exceptional service and attention to detail at this location truly set it apart from the rest.
That was the dirtiest Moes I have ever been to. The area behind the counter was a complete mess that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The salsas had turned brown, there were no clean tables, and the ice machine was out of order with dust covering half of its coils. The pan with half-melted eggs was being used with a dirty shovel that had been left in the ice. The employees were not taking care of basic cleanliness tasks, such as covering tees and properly washing utensils. The manager and employees seemed to lack proper training on hygiene and sanitation. I would recommend the restaurant to improve their cleanliness and visit this place with caution.
