Panera Bread - Suffolk

Excellent meals for the three of us. My vegan sister-in-law found a wonderful meal, I had their breadbowl of soup, and my husband had what he considers the best mac and cheese. I had the idea to get a bowl of soup to go to finish the breadbowl. The lady behind the counter ran around the kitchen to make sure we had a large enough container for left-over salad, a plastic bag for the breadbowl, and a well-sealed container for the second soup.She went above and beyond what I or anyone else would expect.

Great customer service cashiers were able to answer questions and help us figure out where our order was, clean and popular, easy ordering at register or kiosks! Food was fresh and yummy

This store is awesome!The gentleman in the suspenders, I don't know his name, but he is always so kind and helpful.

The food can be very good. One day you get something that tastes amazing. The next time you go and get thr same thing it is dry and lack taste. You must remain consistent.

I love their Custoner service. Eating is always quick and well done. If I recommend one thing to improve the customer's experience? It would be the pick-up counter. A simple recognition of the waiting customer for an order can go a long way, but, everything I like and often this café.
