Feedback gevenThis place is now something called Wall Street Cafe, which is an insanely underwhelming successor to Pourfavor. There was only one Barista/Host/Chef/Cashier there (yesterday 04/12/22) and she was obviously disinterested and made no attempt to answer our questions of the change at all. The menu going from a Puerto Rican /Cuban infusion to a generic American one is also, insanely underwhelming. In conclusion f**ck this new place. I'll just go to Pourfavor in VA Beach.
Cute from the outside. Dirty tables. My husband got his food way before me and was finished way before me. The waffle and coffee were okay. My sandwich was gross. They dumped the bottom of the chip bag onto our plates. I wouldn't recommend.
First time in, asked for a Vanilla Latte. It was made with sugar free something, which I did not ask for. I was sick from it. I should've had them change it, but I was in a meeting. Also I got a small which was not even full. Not impressed, do have to say atmosphere is wonderful!
I love this spot. It’s so good. But if you guys are closed can y’all change yalls hours on Google take off on door dash.. I spend my whole lunch waiting for a confirmation of my food just for it to be canceled no phone to call. It’s so annoying.
I visited the coffee shop on Sat, Jan 8. I had been wanting to try the flight for awhile so I placed an online order for pickup at 0925am. My receipt stated that my order would be done at 0955am. I arrived around 1005am waited in line. Once I got to the register, I told them I had an online order. She stated that she hadn 't even started it yet (there were several people waiting). For context, I ordered 1 flight, 2 cinnamon buns, and a brownie. The only thing that had to be prepared was my flight. That was the only acknowledgement I received from employees there.After waiting about 30 minutes, I stated that I 'd just like to receive a refund, as I was on a tight schedule.At this point, another young lady who had been preparing food was called over. She asked me if I had been warned/told about the delay. I had not but the cashier said she did tell me. Then they told me that they weren 't sure if I could be refunded if I was told about the delay. They then said they 'd go ahead do it gave me a receipt that showed the transaction had been "voided. "It 's now been 2 weeks I still haven 't seen a refund and the transaction cleared my account 2 days after the incident. I 've now initiated a dispute with my bank.Beware: if you 're on a tight schedule, don 't bother to go. I really don 't see the point of accepting pre-orders online providing a pickup time if you won 't adhere to it. The icing on the cake: acting as if the customer is wrong for wanting a refund not even processing it. I 'll let my bank deal with that. I 'm done with this place will never return.
