Be prepare to wait a long time for the food Also not enough wait staff. Seems like the restaurant is more geared towards take out. Food is delish, tho. Some inconsistencies

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS!!! I am not a fan of Indian food as it is but went to this location for a birthday dinner. Food was better than I expected and the restaurant was pretty nice... With that being said, the service was terrible, wait staff was inattentive, rude and confrontational. Some instances: when we ordered our meal we asked for two orders of naan. When the food came out the naan wasn 't brought out. We brought that up when the server came back to check on us ¾ of the way through our meal, as well to mention that no vegetables were given with one of the orders. A male employee (server we 're guessing) approached the table with a dish of vegetables and stated he had vegetables for us, we told him it was for the gentleman on the end and he proceeded to put the dish down on the opposite side of the table and walk away. The same male server came back with our female server (after we again stated we hadn 't received the naan we ordered) and he stated I looked at your order and you never placed an order for naan, are you sure you ordered it? . Following that we told them not to worry about it as we were already complete with our meal. When we asked for boxes to takeout, it was obviously an inconvenience. They will clear your dishes like you aren 't sitting there anymore and will not bring you refills. I implore you to not waste your time or money dining at this establishment. Like I said the food turned out to be pretty good, but I will not recommend this restaurant! The female server DID in fact come back to the table less than 2 minutes after approaching with the male server and stated she was sorry she had written down naan, but didn 't ring it in. The male server never came back to say anything. I 've waited tables for years and if someone asked for bread (naan) or anything else, I rang it in and brought it out, regardless if they asked when ordering.

Best food I have ever eaten in Hampton Roads. Service is excellent also.
