Rally's - Suffolk

A horrible experience. Ordered a burger, the bread was stale and there was hardly any toppings on it. And the customer service at the drive through window was not a pleasant experience either. I used to love this place, but I will NEVER eat there again. Sonic here I come!

I was visiting family in the area, and having never heard of Rally's I was pretty impressed! Just the burger would be a solid 5 stars, but my fries were pretty cold, as if they've been sitting for a while, so I have to take a star off for that.

Went here twice in 3 days because of how good it was! The burgers are juicy and the fries keep you coming back! Highly underrated and recommended

The food is good but in store ordering is slow, I understand it is lunch time but they seem to be understaffed or low energy. Been waiting 20 minutes at least for an order I did through the app. However the app has great perks and is very easy to use.

Food was smashed flat no dipping sauce for tenders asked twice. no straws . And waited for 15 mins to get the food Not worth coming back if that's how they serve your food. Atmosphere felt weird like it was too much to ask for what you pay for would like a refund. I
