Came to eat here twice and ordered online and both times they forgot to toast my sandwich even after i put in the special instructions to toast the sandwich. Then gave me excuses for why they didnt do it because they simply didnt read the receipt. It was a okder hispanic lady and a short older bigger white lady with a pony tail who had a bad attitude. News flash if you dont like your job go back to school!
Trying to order pickup and the menu page won 't load. Clicked on order pickup and it sat for over a minute not moving. Refreshed page and same thing. Guess you people don 't care about having a working website.
Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.
Went in to grab lunch for my staff at Velocity. I forgot I had locked my CC earlier, ran to my car to grab another form of payment, came back in and someone had paid for my order this is the kind of stuff that needs to be shared, thank you for a great experience, and always a delicious lunch!
I eat here weekly. Great customer service. Never too crowded.
