I spent 16$ for some “bleu”sandwich that was just reconstituted chicken peices that were freezer burnt and bread covered in grease. very disappointing I could only eat half before I threw it away:

Posted up at Maker's Craft Brewery. I had the Cuban Reuben and my wife had the applewood j chicken sandwich. We both were impressed by the food and very pleased by the man running the food truck. He obviously works really hard.

Had a few of their sandwiches and they've never disappointed, to say the least. Unique, tasty sandwiches every time. I got their peach mash bbq sauce to dip my fries in and holy smokes, guess I'm going to have to try their wings next.
