Beautiful place to visit and the environment is beautiful. if it is not a rainy day that goes along the reed fields are so catharic. I would recommend a visit and some unique wars for sale. it is not full of 5 stars just because they were holding a lot of foreigners and I am sure when they look around uk, there are amazing little artists who create stunning work without it having to be imported.
This is a place of two very different halves. the opposite is surrounded by wild fen land and wonderful walks along the river. the other half is a complex of beautiful shops, art galleries, dining places and concerts, this is the home of suffolk music above all benjamin britten) something for everyone and a place to enjoy some hours, whatever their taste.
Take your time and visit the studios of the people who exhibit here. Check for opening times etc Caters for impromptu visitors and day trippers. Quiet walks beside the river. View the alternating modern sculptures. Caters for food allergies. Caters for wheelchair users. Quiet and restful when no shows on. Excellent facilities and varied international programme of musical events. Worth all the effort to visit.
