Satis House - Suffolk Coastal

Terrible and expensive, paid for bar and room and didn't even end up staying so cold and weird. Gone so far down hill and completely dead. Such a shame

Rubbish. The steak was cold and dried out, no sauce or gravy or an offer of some. The lamb shoulder was supposed to be with croquettes and root vegetables with a jus but ended up being a couple of boiled potatores and some frozen peas soaked in some form of tasteless gravy. We had to wait for 40 minutes for any food. Two teenagers in the party ended up eating two meals each. This place used to provide the best food in Suffolk. Now it is near the bottom. Never again.

Fantastic food and service, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, reasonably priced as well for the quality of food.

Three good diners ,good service and nice wine, interesting decor in dining room . will come again when in the area

Really lovely, bit quirky , and traditional hotel. Food was lovely and service very attentive. Been going to Suffolk for years, can’t believe we have only just found this!
