Kaito - Sugar Hill

My family and I ordered from this restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The food tasted terrible and was not fresh. The worst part was finding leafy vegetables mixed in my dish that must not have been properly cleaned, as I found sand in my meal. It was inedible. I have never experienced such a disappointing dining experience. I will never order from this restaurant again. It is not even worth contacting them as the quality was so poor. I wouldn't even give this place one star.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I was disappointed to receive only one soda of my choice after ordering a shrimp fried rice and chicken wings combo. I would have been okay with only one serving of each sauce (ranch and yum yum), but charging extra for additional sauce is not a good policy.

My roommate and I had a great meal at this restaurant yesterday. We are planning to order a cheese steak from here as well, and I will report back later this week on how it was! Overall, I would give Kaito four stars and recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal!

Not very clean. not very cheap. the service seemed good. Eating was moderate. not great. but you could make it worse. do not try to get here.

Prices have gone up and portions are smaller. I got a large fried rice and instead of the 2 sauces that come with it, they now give you one. Not planning on coming back here
