Japaneiro's Sushi Bistro Latin Grill

Every time we go to Japaneiro, we are treated so well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, even the food is amazingly delicious, every time. I couldn't be happier with them. So friendly. Thanks Steven Victory You're my favorite waiter.

Can't say enough great things about Japaneiros. We planned a sample meal outdoors, but had to stir the outdoor idea through possible rain. We contacted Quino (GM) with Japaneiros less than a WEEK before my wedding to plan a sample dinner party for 42 people and it was the best decision we have ever made. Quino and his catering staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and made it a very successful dinner. It is located in Japaneiro's new event area, walking from the restaurant where the Ginger Mule was earlier. The event room is beautiful! The servers and bartenders were attentive and friendly; the food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments during the party about how great it was! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I would recommend to everyone to have a private event to take care of it by Japaneiros in their new event room!!

Customer service was great. The place was full and my time was limited. They did everything to get my order quickly, waiter had good advice, and the staff was really attentive. Sushi was delicious!

I went to work today because I'm sick. It's enough to say I wasn't really on my way to food and food. The feeling as if I wanted to have some comfort food, so I decided to order the darkened sea bass from here through the door. Well, about 10 minutes before the door was the driver in my house, I get a call from Jason to Japaneiro saying that the driver without the Risotto rice that came with the meal. Well, I was admittedly disappointed... Especially when the doorkeeper guy said he had no time to go back and get my missing meal. I spoke to Jason again and he tried to offer some alternatives to compose me for my meal. But if I'm gone today, I'll put a few working days back, so I wasn't sure when I would be able to get to the restaurant... I also explained that I was too sick to leave my house. So he worked with GM and made sure someone brought my food from their staff. Errors happen, but I definitely felt great customer service came out of an unfortunate mishap and this sick, bedriding girl, really appreciated all the effort to lol my food to me.

The best sushi around and surrounding...I love this place...Great staff...food always right and fresh....
