Longhorn Steakhouse - Sugar Land

Well youd think a server nearly spilling sweet tea on my laptop as I was working would make for fewer stars but things happen. The manager was kind enough to comp my meal, but that didnt stop the server from taking care of me. It didnt stop the steak from being very good or the kitchen from being fast, nor did it stop the maintence at the restaurant clean and nice or well located. No, at the end of the day it was still a good experience.

Ot was monday later in the evening food was a little slow it was delicious

Overall the experience was ok. But please do something about the moldy or mildew smell in the building. It is very obvious as soon as you walk in.

4/28/24 $100+ LUNCH waitress had no hospitality. Curt and so fast we couldn't ask for anything, she was gone. *Porkchops w/ broccoli-3 and they were so tough we couldn't cut them. Shifted the bridge on my teeth. So hard!!!! The 3 chops road back to the kitchen when she got the dishes, and WE cleaned the table. They stand there and have you clean it all off and they ask for a tip. We cleaned the table for our waitress. *chop steak w/ mash potatoes. Asked for medium rare> received well done. *Flos steak w/broccoli no other veggies to pick from) Asked for well done> received rare with blood. Ceasars salads piled with dressing. So tart. Spent over $100. Today we decided, we are never going back. Done with your snappy service staff and the 1 choice veggies and hard meat or not complete orders. BTW, our waitress wrote nothing down. Miss the wedge salad, spaghetti squash, etc. So many choices that made the menu great.

I’m not gonna lie. McDonald’s quality of food is better than this place. The food was 0 out of 10. But I enjoyed spending time with my family. It smelled like old pee was stuck on the carpet immediately when we walked in. Our waiter who goes by the stage name “Cleopatra” was absent the whole time after we were served dinner. I hate to mention that he doesn’t have any good hygiene. His armpit smell was horrendous! Every time he walked by or standing across the table. Smelt terrible. Just terrible. Please don’t go to this place. Other waitresses were helping us and the manager seemed very very nice. As it was my first time there and the only thing I have to say is “wow”.
