Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Sugar Land

Because of the family history of diabetes, I am extremely sugar-conscious and after a keto “life style” in the past. I need to adjust smoothes regularly here. Today was no exception, but I noticed right at the first swallow that something was gone. My smoothie was very bitter. I took another sip. There was actually a soap taste! I decided to return to the store after work to talk to them about it. There were 2 young employees on the front and they were friendly and apologetic and offered to restore the smoothie. I gave him the original cup with the label of ingredients. The store starts to become more busy and I wait patiently for my order. Then the older woman I actually ordered from me came to tell me that they did not really remake customer-specific smoothies. She asked me what the problem was and was first released. She went the list of ingredients as if I didn't know how each of them tastes. She went and came back with a blender with strange texture made the other staff, and asked me what I added to make it so strange. Um... I'm not the smoothie manufacturer?! How would I know why the smoothie they did was strange? I told her that I gave the employee my cup to remake so it should be as before. She renewed the smoothie before me and behold! That was delicious! I give them 4 stars only because of the young employees good customer service and the older employees who appreciate that the other employee agreed to restore it. And in the end the smoothie was good. That proved I wasn't crazy. Otherwise, did she really expect me to spend $10 contaminating smoothie?

I like my family. So many options and we were never disappointed. Very friendly atmosphere. I like the bright open concept every time I have visited, it is always clean. We have tried many articles on the menu (drink food). Since the pandemic I have enjoyed various foods..lol... not the healthiest, but definitely delicious. So my drink is now the detoxified island green.

Your smoothies should live! Manufactured with real fruits and vegetables and fresh tasting. No preservatives or anything. I tried a few and the flatbread sandwich. The one I have now is avocalada, which is very good. Customer service is also great. Two thumbs up

My place for great smoothie and a small meal that is low in calories. You can add such as protein, vitamins, weight loss or others. I like them in Stafford's '90s because they have a drive.
