The service is usually pretty bad. Another example of when I walk in the door and no one greets me. They just stare at me. The other location is much better I think.

First time ordering through Uber eats at this location best Uber eats service. They actually gave me ketchup, good size of wings and packed everything with Care. They actually cared about takeout for once I would order from here again, thank you to whoever made this order.

I kept calling the store letting them know that my wife and I was outside, and they didn't answer the phone, which was shocking because I saw the lady working at night at 10:45 on 5/9/23 and she didn't pick up the phone. I had an Uber Eats order that I had to pick up. I only didn't go in because I am on crutches and my wife just got out of the hospital. The lady grabbed the phone and declined it 5 times. I even went to the door on my crutches and no answer. I am very disappointed and upset, due to that is my money that they are playing with. NOT GOING TO COME BACK AS A CUSTOMER. The customer service was ALL good at all

My order arrived in a timely manor but I ordered 10 classic wings mild flavor, but I received 6 classic wings lemon pepper flavor ?

Don't go here worse experience and unhelpful staff. If you stop taking orders at a 11:30pm then y does all of your signage say you're open till midnight and there are still ppl ordering at 11 45 ?? You shouldn't even let ppl order online. Its false advertising
