Jack In The Box - Suisun City

I was a fan until I got home to eat and what I ordered is not what I got sourdough jack with no tomatoes I got a sourdough jack w/tomatoes and bacon but no burger I'm really to tired to drive back there but I will see

I recently become a big fan of Jack in the Box. The burgers are an actual medley of flavors. The services is usually pretty good, but hey, it’s a fast food restaurant. It doesn’t have a whole lot of character.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA Compliant

My father had the worst experience.. the morning manager wanted to keep his change telling him that they had no quarters.. and after my father complained.. they didn't give him his order until 30 kin later and missing food on his oder.. people like her should't work here.

I swear to GOD! This is the WORST Jack in the Box location I have ever been to in my LIFE! SMH. My most recent trip here they gave me BURNT FOOD and that was the last straw for me... I will never eat here again. I've also experienced other annoying things too like getting the INCORRECT order on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, barely being able to hear the workers as they mumble through the speaker taking my order, rude workers just handing me my food without saying enjoy your meal or have a nice day, etc. And the funniest thing of all is this Jack in the Box Suisun location has the NERVE to have a tip jar outside the drive thru window. LOL ! It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever give this Jack in the Box location a tip.

So I had to eat today and it’s convenient for sure. The sandwich was good but they fries was cold and old . Just make sure yu ask for fresh fries
