Cinnabon - Suite C Montrose

I went there the other day to buy a 15 pack of MiniBuns. The associate then said that they ran out of 15 packs for the day. Mind you, it was around 5:30pm and they closed at 8pm that day. And to add to the horrible experience, they had 4 trays fresh from the oven of the selection I originally wanted. Not sure why they weren't accommodating to my request or they were just being lazy about it. I strongly don't recommend coming here if you want to buy by the pack.

Best location for fresh Cinnabon!! The manager Rico runs his location with always fresh baked rolls, smothered with icing, staff that are polite professional.Kiki Luo assisted us with our recent purchase. Haven't been to a Cinnabon for years. We were in the Glendale Galleria and purchased a classic Cinnabon to share. Not sure what the calories are for one of these things, but it has to be a lot! And not worth it. The cost was $6.99! Man!! That's too much money for what you get! They are much smaller than what I remember as well. My husband and I were not impressed, it was too doughy and soft. Would not ever order it again. Another issue I had, was the customer service was also subpar. The young lady behind the counter was not interested in offering good customer service. After eating the bun, we both agreed what a waste of money it was and that we could go to In-N-Out and for the price of a cinnamon bun order a really delicious burger and fries. I would give this place a 5 out of 10. Not impressed at all.

Three stars because I first time I went I was happy. I would give ONE star for the SORRY hard, crusty, dry mess they served me today. Was very disappointed with the quality this time
