Manila Good Ha - Suite C Montrose

I have been ordering the same food from this restaurant but yesterday and today they forgot to include vinegar and utensils. Have to used my hands to eat it.

Yum! The food was delicious and the service was excellent, I was helped by Terry and she was a sweetheart! I will definitely be back and will tell all of my friends about this place. Hidden Glendale gem!

We visited for the second time this morning and loved it. Some dishes we prefer over others but even the ones that weren't our favorite were still great. Mickey Bihon (5/5) Absolutely delicious. This is one of our favorite spots for this specific dish. Corned Beef (3.5/5) The corned beef is wet, which may attract some people but we prefer it crispier. My Filipino wife didn't hate it but didn't love it either. I don't think we would order this again. Tocilog (5/5) This is a favorite. We would order it again and again. Great portion and flavor. Give them a shot. It's a really nice place!

Please see Dee's review. LOL just the way their management responds to bad reviews and does not take ANY accountability really goes to show how incredibly rude the staff is. If their response to complaints is by fighting back/getting really defensive, they will never succeed in the service industry. Please don't let this give you a bad impression of the Filipino Culture we are warm, friendly, and loving people. I'll be eating somewhere else where I will feel welcomed :

Been coming here for years and just recently received the worst customer service this morning with someone I soon found out was actually the owner for the company! (She was an older woman that works in the front/register) She was extremely rude to my family and I and I was so surprised that someone who owned the business would have the audacity to treat a customer that way. It was very unprofessional and unfortunately, we will not be giving them any more business. Customers should always come first and be treated with respect, meanwhile, she continued to argue with my mom in front of many people. We would rather eat somewhere mediocre with kind employees than somewhere where we get treated like trash. I don't see this business thriving in the next few months if they don't improve their customer service. Wish I could give no stars.
