Great that you want to provide coffee to customers but if they’re not ready to checkout, you should be able to help customers who know what they want and are ready. Line was out the door while staff chit chatted with customers drinking coffee.

Appreciate every single associate working at this store. The ambiance of the store is so warm and cozy not only due to the aroma of the coffee but also due to its amazing staff. Greg has always been an absolute sweetheart and a true gentleman. He listens to what I would like to purchase and he always goes above and beyond in his service. I’m always out of the store with a big grin on my face. I don’t drink coffee with additives and I’m particular with coffee choices and he always suggests the best. He also made me coffee to test and made sure I like what I take home. Thank you Glendale! Thank you Nespresso! And more importantly, THANK YOU GREG!
Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale.
