Ombra Wine Bar Restaurant

Food ranges from bad to gross. Service is lackluster but doesn’t matter because the food is a crime. I reckon it’s only open because it has outdoor seating. On the other hand I love Delucas as a lunch spot.

Fat waiter Rood service when my guests ordered she said they not and i ordered coffee she said we don’t have it i ordered ice coffee she said nooo. after i ordered water she said ok and she left after 20 min i called her then she said i didn’t

Used to be an amazing place. Their menu changed, and so did the service. Love the view and location, hate the food. Perfect spot for drinks tho.

This place is great the gin and tonics are great, and Beto is the best

Truly horrid experience and service. Not only was there a HAIR in my food, when I told that the waiter he simply shrugged it off and continued to dump cheese on top of my food. I refused to eat it and he begrudgingly took it back to the kitchen.. No more than 2 minutes he returns with the same dish, expecting me to eat it.. He notified no one and I had to flag another server who only then got a manager. I only received an apology from management after having already spoken to 2 servers. Management tried to correct and offered to put in a new order but when it's two people eating and the other is nearly done eating, and the general disregard for the uncleanliness of the dishes they send out, my appetite was gone and I really couldn't stomach eating anything from their kitchen. Really disappointed in the lack of concern the staff has and the way in which this was all handled. The dish was comped (as it should have been, so really not doing anyone any favors there because I literally didn't eat... but I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone I care about. To everyone who will be going all I can say is inspect your food! lol
