Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Sullivan

Our food was given to the wrong car, when they tried to tell the guy he ignored them and went to another car, after about 5 minutes or so he came to them with different food, took the food they had looked through and tried to give it to us! I went in to the chain full Karen demanding my money back, the manager kept trying to tell me to leave without refunding, I kept telling her to refund! Fimally she did and said to never come back...lol NO WORRIES I will never go back and would advise others to not go! I like Dairy Queen but NOT THAT ONE!!

Food was ok. It would have been better if they got our irder right the first 2 times.

New garlic parm chicken strip basket is fantastic! Hope it stays.

I loved their service and kindness. I will be returning to them soon.

I only go here for deserts. At times, they can be extremely slow, especially through drive-thru. I usually go in cause my family only gets deserts. Their ice cream is great and they finally have chocolate. Which my wife loves.
