I like the food but the customer service of Jocelyn is terrible. Every time we come she has an attitude and doesn’t have patience for customers, it look like she doesn’t want to work here. In the other hand Belinda has a good attitude and it’s patient and friendly.

This establishment has really improved with customer service. I was there this pass Saturday and Sunday, I must say I was very pleased. The guy working the front on Saturday was great, and Sunday was great as well, the environment has really improved, especially with the guys working some days, not saying anything bad with the ladies, but this place has improved, keep up the good work, we pay our hard earned money for your food, in return great customer service will be appreciated. These two days, my smoothie was beyond great, it was exceptional great! Thx! I will be returning on weekends only.

My favorite Tropical Smoothie location! Claudia is a joy and they always get my food right. Ive been going here in the mornings pretty regularly for a few years and service is consistent and great, and Im sad to be moving away

Worst Customer Service, Yocelin L was so rude to me and my mom, we came to get smoothies and order some food since the beginning she started been rude we ask for açaí berry with coconut milk mind you never asked whats in the smoothie she said none of the smoothies are made with any type of milk not coconut milk not almond milk. with and attitude mind you, i said okay add the coconut my mom was trying to order food and when i said let me get -she walk to the back and left me speaking by myself- then i asked her if we can get someone else to help us and she said no one else speaks Spanish ?? racist? is aid im speaking to you clearly in english dont you hear me? i said you been really rude. she said is because you said your done and then you guys gonna order more excuse me thats your job if you dont like it then why dont you leave instead of been rude to your customers like smh we didn't get anything to eat, only got smoothies. she seem really racist to me and she is Spanish smh.dont come here
