Great steakhouse. Good price for a steak. Cooked perfect. Service was great. There's a reason they have been in business for years.
The steak was great and grilled perfectly. The only disappointment was the premium side of Mac and cheese is Kraft Mac and cheese.
I came in and the steak was old and way over cooked. I did not even eat it because it was flavorless. The manager came out and only gave half price discount on the meal while I only ate a side salad. When I told the waitress I was taking the picture of the receipt she screamed and told the manager I was taking a picture of her and he came and asked me to leave. Here is the picture of what they wanted to charge for a side salad. I wish I had a picture of the plastic looking steak they try to feed me with. I wonder if they treated me the way they did because I am Hispanic. A few minutes after I left the parking lot. William Hall the manager called my boss since I was driving a company truck to lie about the situation. My boss told him he was liying since I was in front of him and he yeld and told my boss he was going to do everything in his hands to ruin his reputation. He lied about me wanting to take a picture of the waitress I only wanted to take a picture of the receipt. He said that I ate his food and was the rudest possible. Be aware that if you come across him he will call your boss and tell on you. I can't belive how a nice restaurant like Callahans hired someone like William Hall.
Ordered Santa Fe Chicken, mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. I received burnt chicken and craft mac n cheese. Once I paid, I left a tip (it was the waitress first day). The front manager came out to refund me of my order, due to the quality. I didn’t receive any money back, maybe because I paid with cash. The waitress made a big tip since I supposedly got refunded my order. Where did that money go? The store manager avoided us. He eyed us passing by but passed the issue on to the front manager, delegating the problem to someone else. He should have been more interested as to the problem. He knew we were upset, but avoided the area so he didn’t have to deal with it.
